  • Cancellation charges will be 50% of the booking amount if cancelled within 15 to 7 days of the check in.
  • Cancellation charges will be 100% of the booking amount if cancelled within 7 days of the check in.
  • Each guest has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check in.
  • Customer has to carry a copy of the booking voucher at the time of check in.
  • Child above 6 years are chargeable.
  • All offline agents bookings should be in pre-pay mode.
